Hyatt is preparing to open its first Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, Caribbean Journal reported. The company's Inclusive Collection is also adding a Secrets resort on Playa Macao in the Dominican Republic and a Zoëtry property overlooking Cap Cana Marina.

The Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is planned for a stretch of Mexico's Caribbean coast between Cancun and Puerto Morelos, inside the private AMAI coastal enclave, according to the report. Its opening date has shifted: the resort previously indicated a 15 February 2027 debut, while Hyatt's more recent corporate guidance said it would open around the end of 2026. Caribbean Journal advises travelers to confirm the latest reservation dates.

Two Grand Hyatt all-inclusives are also scheduled for December 2026. Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort is promoting a 10 December opening in Puerto Cancun, with beachfront rooms, private-pool suites, Caribbean views, a wellness spa and several dining experiences. Grand Hyatt Los Cabos Resort, Golf & Spa is set to open in December 2026 within the OLEADA Pacific Living & Golf community, focusing on luxury rooms, dining, pools, wellness and golf.

In the Dominican Republic, Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana is aiming for a March 2027 opening on Playa Macao. The adults-only resort will have 406 suites, with 111 swim-out suites and 13 panoramic swim-out suites among them, plus three swimming pools, a beachfront infinity pool and a range of restaurants and bars. Caribbean Journal notes that Macao Beach is known for its Atlantic-facing shoreline and surfing culture, and that the property will be next to Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana.

A second Dominican opening, Zoëtry Marina Cap Cana, is targeting 1 March 2027. The all-suite resort will overlook Cap Cana Marina and plans four dining venues, two pools, direct beach entry, and a hydrotherapy spa. When Caribbean Journal last reported, reservations were not yet available.

Elsewhere, Impression Isla Mujeres will move to The Unbound Collection by Hyatt on 2 November, keeping its adults-only all-inclusive format. Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana, a 467-room adults-only resort, opened at the end of August on the Cabeza de Toro coast. The company has also added Secrets Playa Esmeralda and Dreams Playa Esmeralda in Miches, as well as Secrets St. Lucia and Secrets Baby Beach Aruba.

By July 2026, the Inclusive Collection had expanded to more than 150 resorts and almost 58,000 rooms across Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe, according to Caribbean Journal. A future Hyatt Ziva Punta Cana with about 650 rooms and a water park is planned for 2029.

A Telegraph advertiser feature for British Airways Holidays, published 22 October, highlights three existing Hyatt Inclusive Collection resorts in Mexico that can be booked through British Airways Holidays. Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort is described as an adult-only property 35 minutes from Cancun airport within the gated Playa Mujeres community; Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya is an adult-only resort between mangroves and the Caribbean Sea; and Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa is a family resort 20 minutes from Cancun airport with nine pools and a waterpark.
